Alicia Noëllie Saes-Louarn's PhD project explores the factors leading executive officers in Norwegian national agencies to misinterpret EU secondary laws. This project is part of the COMPLEX project.
Background
Saes-Louarn holds an MA in European Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an MA in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Paris-Saclay and the University of Montpellier. Moreover, she has a BA in Management and International Trade from the University of Paris XII.
