Getting to the venue
Scandic Hotel Solli 
The conference is held at Scandic Solli in Parkveien 68, located centrally on the west side of Oslo.
From Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) to Scandic Solli
Take the Airport Express Train direction Drammen (departure every 20 minutes. Note that trains with Oslo S as their final destination will not take you all the way) and get off at Nationaltheatret, which is located only a short walk from Scandic Solli. Leave the station using the exit Parkveien. You will then see a Scandic sign. Follow the sign; Scandic Solli is two blocks away.
From Rygge Airport (RYG) to Scandic Solli
By bus: The bus Rygge-ekspressen corresponds with all Ryanair flights. Tickets are sold on the bus. The bus stops at Oslo Bus Terminal. From the bus terminal, take tram number 19 towards Majorstuen. Get off at Inkognitogata. Scandic Solli is three blocks away.
By train: NSB regional trains have frequent departures from Rygge train station. A shuttle bus will take you from the airport to the train station – the correspondence is included in the train ticket fare. You can buy tickets via the NSB app, online, on a ticket machine or on the train (40 NOK extra). The train arrives at Oslo central station.
From Oslo Central Station to Scandic Solli
From the station, the bus and tram are most convenient. Take the bus 30, 31 or 32, or tram 12 or 13, to Solli. Walk two blocks down Cort Adelers Gate. You will see Scandic Solli on your right hand side.

Dinners
Thursday 9 June
Reception and dinner at the hotel. The reception starts in the hotel bar at 19.00, the dinner will be held in the hotel conference room Vika.
Friday 10 June
Dinner to be held at Trattoria Popolare (Trondheimsveien 2) at 19.00. The restaurant is not located within walking distance.
Common departure from the hotel at 18.30 to catch the tram from Solli. We will have group tickets for the tram. Please meet in the lobby at 18.20!
Should you wish to meet directly at the restaurant, take the tram from the stop Solli close to the hotel (or from elsewhere). The eastbound tram lines #12 Disen or #13 Storo-Grefsen will take you to Schous Plass. As you exit the tram, turn right towards the river. Trattoria Popolare is located at the end of the next block, right before the bridge, on your left hand side.
For the return, you will be provided single tickets for the tram during the dinner. Westbound lines #12 Majorstuen and #13 Bekkestua will take you back to Solli.
Reimbursements
GLOBUS will refund your flight and local travel expenses. Please fill out the reimbursement and bank details (doc) forms electronically. Then print, sign, and send the forms, along with all original tickets and receipts, by post to the address provided on the first page.
