PLATO's third PhD school in Cambridge will focus on research methods, but will also include a lunch seminar with László Andor, a supervision workshop, professional development planning for PhDs, and an Effective Researcher workshop.

PLATO PhD School 2 - Vienna

Time and place: Mar. 12, 2018 – Mar. 16, 2018, IHS Vienna

PLATO's second PhD school will be staged in Vienna on 12-16 March 2018. Three days will be dedicated to research design, and two days to academic writing.

PLATO PhD School 1 - Berlin

Time and place: Jan. 15, 2018 – Jan. 19, 2018, Freie Universität Berlin

The first PhD school within the ARENA-coordinated PhD network PLATO is organised in Berlin. The event includes a three-day PhD course in legitimacy theory while two days are dedicated to Vitae's Effective Researcher programme.

PLATO kick-off conference

Time and place: Oct. 16, 2017 – Oct. 20, 2017, Oslo Science Park

The ARENA-coordinated H2020-funded PLATO project's kick-off conference will take place in Oslo on 16-20 October 2017. It will bring together all partners for academic discussions and social networking.
