PLATO PhD School 4 - Twente

PLATO's fourth and final PhD school is organised at the University of Twente in the week 14-18 October 2019. The main focus will be on preliminary findings from the 15 PhD projects.

The PhD researchers will discuss preliminary findings from their individual projects, as well as how they contribute to answer PLATO's overall research question. In addition, a number of other sessions will focus on topics such as academic and open access publishing, communicating research, how to navigate the final year of a doctorate, and planning for non-academic secondments. Michael Zürn will hold a keynote speech on the legitimacy crisis of global governance.

For the full programme of the week, see the event page on PLATO's website.

The PhD school is organised as part of the MSCA-ITN PLATO project (The Post-Crisis Legitimacy of the European Union), which is coordinated by Prof. Chris Lord at ARENA. For the 15 PLATO PhD researchers, participation is mandatory.
