The first 60 minutes is reserved for presentations, with comments and discussion in the final 30 minutes.
Presentations
- Maximum 15 minutes. Note that in cases where there are 3 or 5 papers, the presenters will have more or less time for their presentation.
- The chair keeps track of the time, and chairs the discussion.
- Powerpoint is available. Send your presentation to the chair the day before you presentation and bring a memory stick (just in case).
- Note that the auditoriums is equipped with PC (Windows 10), and you have to make sure your presentation is accessible (Mac-users and other presentation formats than powerpoint)
