Practical guidelines for the panels

Each panel has 90 minutes for presentations, comments and discussions.

The first 60 minutes is reserved for presentations, with comments and discussion in the final 30 minutes. 

Presentations

  • Maximum 15 minutes. Note that in cases where there are 3 or 5 papers, the presenters will have more or less time for their presentation.
  • The chair keeps track of the time, and chairs the discussion.
  • Powerpoint is available. Send your presentation to the chair the day before you presentation and bring a memory stick (just in case).
  • Note that the auditoriums is equipped with PC (Windows 10), and you have to make sure your presentation is accessible (Mac-users and other presentation formats than powerpoint)
