Each panel ideally consists of four thematically related papers and is led by a chair.
Panels will last 90 minutes, including about 30 minutes at the end for joint discussion and Q&A for all presentations. No questions between the paper presentations.
PC, projector, and microphone are available in all auditoriums.
Presentation guidelines
- Max. 15 minutes per paper presentation
- Presentations must be in a format available for PC: PowerPoint or PDF only.
- Send the file to the panel chair the evening before your presentation (no later than 22:00)
- Bring a memory stick as a backup
