Guidance
EILIN supports you and wishes to collaborate with you to revise courses and study programs, or to work on projects to develop teaching and learning. We would support applications from staff working individually or in groups who wish to apply for external funds to finance development projects.
Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL)
Educational development at UiO is based on the SoTL principles:

- Reflection over one's own praxis and development over time

- Sharing of knowledge in a collegial environment
