EILIN's frontline

 

EILIN's frontline is here to handle technical problems so that you, as a teacher, can focus on teaching. We can assist before, during, or after your classes. The frontline team consists of technicians and four student employees. Don't hesitate to contact us!

We can assist you with the use of technical equipment in teaching, captioning of videos, and designing websites at UiO.

The frontline team is staffed every day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You can find us in SV-info.

Assistance in teaching 

Before classes, we regularly check the equipment in the classrooms. In addition to this, we are happy to assist you with any digital help you may need before your teaching occurs.

We offer:

  • review/testing of equipment before classes.
  • assistance in finding relevant digital tools.
  • emergency assistance for technical problems.
  • presence during teaching if you need extra technical support.

Universal design

All teaching material should be universally designed.

We offer:

  • assistance with universal design of Canvas by using Ally.
  • assistance with universal design of documents (PowerPoint etc.).
  • Captioning of podcasts and videos.
