The Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Agder are organising the PhD course The French Tradition: From Durkheim to Deleuze on the 2-4 October 2024 (5 ECTS).  

Lecturers:
Iver B. Neumann, Director at The Fritjof Nansen Institute and Professor II at UiA
Victor L. Shammas, Professor at UiA. 
Course description 

Registration deadline 1st September 2024. 

Papers of 5,000 words (+/- 10%) must be submitted by Monday 16th September 12:00 to ibneumann@fni.no and victor.shammas@uia.no

Each course participant also commits to reading and commenting on another participant’s paper. Final versions of papers to be submitted for a pass/fail grade four weeks after the completion of the course, by Friday November 1st 12:00.
