The Faculty of Social Sciences will give you important information regarding your time here at UiO. You will also get more information about your upcoming buddy week and buddy group here!
With your newly assigned buddy group you will do some Ice-Breaker Games and enjoy a period of time to get to know each other.
Your buddies will let you know where you'll meet up and what you will do :) They will also take you for a small guided tour around Campus Blindern.
Get ready to show what you're all made of! U1, the student pub at SV, has invited all of you international students to a night of games and fun!
Join us for a social gathering at Sognsvann! We'll provide the food, so all you have to do is bring whatever you'd like to drink and godt humør :) Dress according to the weather!

The University of Oslo would like to welcome all new international students with a fun introduction to student life in Norway.
Join us in the evening to celebrate the Norwegian constitution day, even if it is a little bit late!

Your buddies will take you on a boat trip to some of the islands in the Oslofjord (Hovedøya > Gressholmen > Langøyene) and end the day with a social gathering at Langøyene, where you can for instance play volleyball, go swimming and play games.

Here your buddy group will compete against the other buddy groups to complete a set of tasks we've prepared for you! This activity will take you all over the city, so wear your best shoes and expect the unexpected! There will be prizes!
Come celebrate the end of the Orientation Week alongside all your new friends and plenty of potential new friends! There will be pre-party in the park, we'll provide some pizza, space to chat and let you know who won the Amazing Race :)
