17th of May is the Norwegian constitution day! Its a nationwide celebration with people packed in the streets, usually wearing a bunad (the Norwegian national costume) or graduating students in something called "russedress". The day is filled with children and adults walking in parades, a champagne breakfast, eating a lot of food, and having a good time!

It is also popular to gather in the park and do fun activities, like potato sack race, limbo and more! As you are all coming to Norway in the fall you will not have the opportunity to celebrate it in real time, therefore we will do our best to do our own celebration now! The team that wins the most activities gets a price on Friday!
