Jon Fiva won the CESifo award for best paper in Public Sector Economics

Jon Fiva won this year CESifo award for best paper in Public Sector Economics for the paper "Do Re-election Probabilities Influence Public Investment?" (joint work with Gisle Natvik). The award was published in connection with the CESifo Area Conference on Public Sector Economics 2009 in Munich, where Jon presented the paper.
