The five-year project will focus on the interaction between politics, economic development, and social change, with the aim of understanding the current crisis in Europe and its institutional responses. Researchers from ESOP, the departments of Social Anthropology and Political Science at the University of Oslo, the Institute of Social Research, Fafo, and the Frisch Centre will collaborate on this interdisciplinary project. The project also includes top researchers from Dartmouth College, Hans Böckler Stiftung Düsseldorf and other international cooperation partners.
