On the ERC's publicity requirements

The European Research Council requires that any publicity must specify that the project has received funding from the European Union and display the European Emblem and the ERC logo. Additionally, any publicity must specify that it reflects only the author's view.

ERC requirements regarding publicity

By publicity means any type of dissemination at a conference or seminar or any type of dissemination or promotional material (brochure, leaflet, poster, presentation, web site etc.), in relation to the project.

  1. Insert a financial support statement

  • Any publicity of MACROINEQUALITY must specify that the project has received funding from the European Union by inserting the following statement:

"The research leading to these results has received funding from the European Research Council under the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-2013) / ERC grant agreement n. 324085."

  1. Display the European emblem and the ERC logo

  • Any publicity of MACROINEQUALITY must  display the European Emblem and the ERC logo.
  • You may download the emblem and the logo from the column on the right or from EU's web site and ERC's web site respectively.
  1. Insert a disclaimer

  • In the case of publicity material, please insert the following disclaimer about the author's view:

 "The content only reflects the author's views and that the Union is not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein."
