Academic interests

My research interest lies in the social processes that lead to anthropogenic climate change and loss of nature and bio-diversity - and how we can find solutions to these problems.

In my doctoral thesis I will study factors that affects Norwegian families vacation choices, and how events like the Covid19 pandemic, the debate on "flight shame" and increased knowledge on climate change affects vacation practices.
