In my PhD I am studying the relationship between production technology, staffing strategies and labour processes in Norwegian shipyards.

My PhD is part of the research project "Shipping of Labour: Changing staffing strategies in Globalized Workplaces" (ShipGlobal). The project is led by Ines Wagner (ISF), and is funded by The Research Council of Norway.
