Coffee as a commodity makes connections between people. More than 125 million people rely on coffee production for their livelihood, but coffee is also an extremely climate sensitive crop.
Coffee Connects will focus on climate change adaptation and development, building a better understanding of transformative approaches to adaptation across the global value chain. It will investigate these questions empirically through a case study of adaptation in the coffee sector in Guatemala
