The Head of Department has the overall responsibility for the department's strategic and financial management. The Department Head and Deputy Head are elected for a period of four years. The Deputy Head also serves as the Head of Research. The Head of Education is appointed by the Department Head. The Head of Administration is the department's administrative leader.
