James Cameron

James Cameron first joined ONP in 2019 and started his postdoctoral project Arms Control in Europe the following year, providing historical analysis of broad trends and analysis of emerging challenges to arms control. He was appointed Associate Professor in Modern North American History in the Department of Archaeology, Conservation and History at the University of Oslo, on 1 October 2023. James continues his research on arms control in his new position and teaches U.S. domestic and foreign relations history.
