ONF 2023: Strategic Stability, Extended Deterrence, Emerging Technology, and the War in Ukraine

The War in Ukraine has had a significant influence on the discussion regarding the dynamics of strategic stability and extended deterrence. What has been the impact of the war on strategic stability and U.S. extended deterrence in the European region and beyond? How has military technology shaped the course of the conflict, and what are the implications of the war for the advancement of emerging technology?

The Oslo Nuclear Project is proud to host international experts specializing in strategic stability, extended deterrence, emerging technology, and the War in Ukraine. These experts will present and engage in discussions related to this theme across three panels. The event will be conducted in a hybrid format.
