In preparation for the workshop, you will need to:
- Install R on your computer.
- Install genomicSEM following these instructions.
- Download the reference data and note the location of the downloaded data on your computer.
- Download GWAS summary stats for SCZ, ASD and educational attainment. Please download the summary stats for educational attainment from Lee et al. (2018). Gene discovery and polygenic prediction from a 1.1-million-person GWAS of educational attainment. Nature Genetics, 50(8), 1112-1121. doi: 10.1038/s41588-018-0147-3). Please note the directory where downloaded files are located.
We suggest you review the following reference paper (and pre-print version) as well as the wiki on genomicSEM and the github repository.
