Research
I am a PhD Candidate at the PROMENTA Research Center at the University of Oslo. I am currently a Visiting PhD Fellow at the Institute of Environmental Medicine at Karolinska Institutet (supervised by professor Fang Fang).
My PhD project focuses on genetic and environmental influences on wellbeing and risk of mental disorders, in particular on identifying social and societal factors which influence mental health. The project is based on data from The Norwegian Twin Registry, the Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (MoBa), and large-scale population-based data from Statistics Norway.
Alongside my doctoral research, I am involved in research on the genetic and environmental influences on eating disorders. I also have an interest in applied statistics, statistical modeling in observational research, and applying network analysis to advance knowledge on the social correlates of mental disorders. I am also interested in meta-science and have worked on three large-scale replication studies.
My scientific publications are available on my Google Scholar profile.
