The program will cover the following topics
- MRI and CT alignment and coregistration
- Running FreeSurfer standard pipeline
- Anonymization
- Localization of CT artefacts on iElectrodes
- Anatomical labeling using atlases
- Projections to normalized spaces
Rahul Agrawal and Alejandro Blenkmann will present the pipeline, show you the code and provide some examples. Finally you will have to process the data yourself. More information about the software, toolbox, and data will be sent over emails.
The workshop is hosted by The Cognitive and Translational Neuroscience Cluster (CTNC), a University of Oslo Core Facility, and RITMO Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Rhythm, Time, and Motion, University of Oslo.
