Up to 'yellow' level data can be stored directly in Nettskjema, but for 'red' or 'black' level data, you must link Nettskjema to TSD, so that all data collected through a Nettskjema are stored in TSD. If you do this, you will not be able to read the results/audio recordings in Nettskjema, but you must access your TSD area and find the results in a folder named 'nettskjema-data'.

Nettskjema can also be used to digitally incorporate physical consent forms into TSD, without the images being stored on your mobile device. This can be done through the Nettskjema-photo mobile app.
When collaborating
Nettskjema's can be shared with another person. One person must first create a form. Go into the form's settings, and scroll down to Rights. Under Editing rights, add the email of the other person. One must have previously logged into the nettskjema with the relevant email in order to add it.
