Team members (Alessandro, Yayi, Leni, and Laur) shared and commented on some early writings, planned periods of co-fieldwork, began sketching out some activities that will take place during the first two years of the project, and discussed the project’s online presence and some of its key outputs.
We also met with some SAI colleagues to discuss teaching plans and administrative duties for the duration of the project, and we were grateful to have Thorgeir Kolshus, Christian Krohn-Hansen, and Hilde Spjelkavik Kveseth with us for parts of the workshop.
There was also an occasion for an informal presentation of the project to the Department of Social Anthropology over lunch on Friday. We enjoyed meeting and celebrating with our SAI colleagues, and we look forward to more collaborations in the coming years.
