Shrinking the Planet was launched in Belfast in July 2022 at a two day workshop involving project members, Keir Martin, Sean Dowdy, Arsenii Khitrov and Inga-Britt Krause and invited participants Kaito Towhata, Nick Long, Barclay Bram, Nadia Augusyniak, Polina Aaronson and Li Zhang. The workshop involved discussion of papers on a variety of themes from the relationship between ritual and psychotherapy in India to the relationship of trauma and ethics in psychotherapeutic discussion in war-time Russia.
