Ana Delgado and Susanne Bauer have edited the newly published special issue of Science, Technology, & Human Values

Read the special issue “Extractions: Data Infrastructures and the Public Good“ here.

The thematic collection is a result of their common interest in data as resource, infrastructures and R&I policies in the life sciences that they started to develop in the course of the ReDig project, and continued working with during the Res Publica project. They explored the connections between extractions, infrastructures and the public good in two workshops with international participants,  as well as through an art and design collaboration with the Centre for Genomic Gastronomy that included an event and public debate on the future of the Norwegian bioeconomy and took place at the Technical Museum in Oslo.
