My research interest revolves around understanding the intra- and inter-organisational dynamics of innovation. I am specifically interested in the role of actors and their cognition for innovation.
I am currently working within two research projects (NTRANS and INTRANSIT) where I apply an organisational perspective to the understanding of industry transformations and transitions.
