About the exhibition Disruption? Repair?

Energy crisis, contaminated mining sites, a cocktail of toxins travelling through the environment and our bodies. How can we cope with human responsibility for the troubled situation our planet is currently in? How might we get to know other species more intimately in a society marked by consumption and human domination of nature?

The exhibition Disruption? Repair? approaches these questions through artworks that relate intimately to science and technology. The works open up for tactile encounters with earth and a multispecies world, speculative visions of future foods, ritualistic processing of oil guilt and healing our bodies through microbial care.
