The goal of the Tøyenseminar is to provide feedback to the pre-circulated drafts and jointly develop these papers. The expectation (for credits) is that all course participants have read all papers; each participant will take on a particular responsibility on commenting one paper. For new PhDs this is also a very nice opportunity to meet their colleagues.
