Kristin Asdal holds lecture at University of Gothenburg

The lecture, on "an ethnography of documents", was part of a PhD course on ethnography in STS.

On September 23, Little Tools PI Kristin Asdal held a lecture titled "An ethnography of documents" as part of the PhD course Ethnography within Science and Technology Studies at the University of Gothenburg. The course was organised as a two-day workshop consisting of both lectures and discussions, with aims to relate the course literature to more hands-on experiences of various types of ethnography and fieldworks.

Kristin Asdal was visiting professor in April and May 2019 at the Department of Sociology and Work Science at the University of Gothenburg, where she worked with the research group on Science and Technology Studies. As part of this visiting professorship, she gave a seminar on Restoring parliaments: can the combination of Max Weber and Science and Technology Studies (STS) help?
