The article in Norwegian is titled "Ikke lenger uberegnilig or uregjerlig? Visjoner om et kalkulerbart, produktivt og bærekraftif hav i politiske dokumenter". It is based on a study of the Norwegian ocean strategy and especially on the analysis of how policy documents enact the ocean.
