Little Tools project meeting

As the project reaches its final stages, the team met up for a two-day workshop to discuss works underway and the road ahead.

On October 20 and 21, the team met at Lysebu located at Voksenkollen in Oslo. Participating were Kristin Asdal (PI), Hilde Reinertsen (project coordinator), Bård Hobæk (researcher), Tommas Måløy (PhD candidate), Minja Mitrovic (research assistant), Silje Morsman (PhD candidate), and Tone Huse (ass. prof. UiT and former postdoc in the project).

With the end of the year and project period fast approaching, time was set aside to plan for the hectic final stages, as well as to share reflections on overall objectives, contributions and experiences.

Some of the many works underway were also presented and discussed: Kristin and Tone’s book manuscript on the economic life of the Atlantic cod, Silje’s work on the cod immune system and covid-19, and Kristin and Hilde’s work on an English language version of their recently published book: Hvordan gjøre dokumentanalyse: En praksisorientert metode [Doing document analysis: A practice-oriented method]. The team is now geared up to take on the writing that lies ahead!
